Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and propose actionable solutions.
• Interface with management across various business units and functions.
• Apply product, process, and industry knowledge to project requirements.
• Utilize Jira or Microsoft VSTS to manage and track business analysis workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analysis experience.
• Mandatory experience in the Mortgage industry, specifically in Servicing and Originations.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency with Jira or Microsoft VSTS.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a solutions-oriented manner.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
