You will bridge business clients and technical teams throughout the solution development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for business clients during initiation, analysis, development, testing, and post-implementation phases.
• Plan, execute, and manage projects and programs across the organization.
• Research and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Route technical tickets to the correct departments to ensure efficient resolution.
• Manage project workflows within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 2 years of experience managing projects.
• 1 year of experience working in a technical role.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of software and systems architecture, methods, and terminology.
• Ability to perform both business and systems analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
