This role combines business analysis and project management for financial applications in the retail domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze requirements for D365 F&O and financial systems.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data schemas and relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models and reporting needs.
• Support data platforms and analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with databases and basic SQL (queries, joins, filters).
• Experience with D365 F&O and financial applications.
• Mandatory retail domain experience (B2B).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
• Experience in regulated or data-intensive industries.
