Description

You will analyze business processes and configure ServiceNow ITAM modules to optimize asset management workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to define technical and functional requirements for ITAM solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules to meet specific business needs.
• Implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to streamline IT asset management.
• Manage data integrity and generate reporting using ServiceNow tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITAM modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform data management and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications in ITAM or related modules.
