Own the end-to-end analysis, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for complex business and technical initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write comprehensive business and technical requirements and maintain internal and external documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize process effectiveness.
• Assess real-life scenarios to document current states, identify process gaps, and evaluate system efficiencies.
• Partner with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams to develop collaborative analysis and solutions.
• Create management plans, ensure transparent communication, and present project status to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of experience writing business and technical requirements.
• 5-8+ years of experience in systems analytics and process documentation or gap analysis.
• 5-8+ years of experience in stakeholder management and leadership presentations.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Experience working with Business Objects.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or related analytical experience.
