You will drive systems development and analytical processes to ensure operational effectiveness and usability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement management plans for projects with transparent communication across all organizational levels.
• Perform and communicate quality assurance evaluations at every stage of systems development.
• Determine user requirements for production systems and maintain ongoing systems processes.
• Partner with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams to develop collaborative analysis and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and deliver monthly status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• High proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and technical reports.
• Experience using Business Objects for data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience authoring internal and external documentation.
• Ability to provide research-backed recommendations to executives.
