Description

You will drive requirement identification across business units and evaluate real-time data to identify substandard processes. You will own the release pipeline, manage project plans, and ensure quality assurance throughout systems development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement management plans for projects with transparent communication across all levels.
• Partner with sales, finance, security, and compliance teams to develop collaborative analysis and documentation.
• Perform and communicate thorough quality assurance throughout every stage of systems development.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.
• Author and update internal and external documentation while delivering monthly status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Proven experience with product ownership or management in an Agile environment.
• Experience using Business Objects.
• Ability to generate process documentation and actionable data insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or equivalent related work experience.
