Description

You serve as the technical liaison between IT and business units, supporting strategic technology planning and citizen development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technology adoption and emerging industry trends.
• Develop and support solutions using PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Mentor business users in building low-code/no-code applications.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions while coordinating with internal IT groups.
• Facilitate risk assessments and support disaster recovery planning for applications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
• Experience in Business Analysis or Application Development.
• Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a BRM or cross-functional IT/business role.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital transformation practices.
