Description

You will serve as the primary link between business requirements and technical solutions for a new case management system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current case management processes through interviews, observation, and document reviews.
• Document the complete case lifecycle, including intake, processing, tracking, and closure.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop comprehensive system maps and flowcharts representing ideal case management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate process changes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Advanced data analysis skills (7-9 years).
• Proficient integration planning and strategy skills (4-6 years).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (4-6 years).
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for software development projects.
• Familiarity with standard market testing tools.
• Ability to work under limited supervision using independent judgment and initiative.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty or equivalent experience.
