Description

You act as the liaison between management, users, and technical teams, leading functional analysis of judicial and business processes. You identify, develop, and recommend process improvements for complex operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional-level staff on complex assignments requiring independent discretion.
• Analyze data, conduct task analysis, and evaluate business processes to recommend creative solutions.
• Create business process documentation and technical software requirements design documents.
• Lead small to medium-scale projects using Agile best practices.
• Communicate ideas clearly to business staff, technical teams, and end users.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of business analyst experience or equivalent data/reporting experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to create technical software requirements design documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading small and medium-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of court case management systems or similar systems.
• Experience with test-driven development.
