Description

You lead business systems analysis, bridging management, users, and technical teams to drive process improvements in judicial and business operations.

Lead and mentor business analysts, overseeing project execution and guiding staff through complex assignments.

• Gather user requirements, write user stories and epics, and analyze the impact of proposed changes.
• Conduct independent judicial or business process analysis, needs assessments, and recommend system enhancements.
• Collaborate with management and system users to evaluate processes, troubleshoot problems, and define functional requirements.
• Manage change requests, backlog items, and project plans to ensure delivery within agreed time and budget constraints.
• Create technical design documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and business process documentation to communicate improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analyst experience, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Agile best practices and test-driven development.
• Experience with project management, including backlog management and deadline tracking.
• Ability to create comprehensive business process documentation and technical software requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with high-level customers and technical staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of court case management systems or similar judicial systems.
• Experience creating reports from large data sets and conducting task analysis workshops.
