Description

Document and optimize business processes for child welfare projects, requiring onsite presence in Jackson, MS, for at least one full week per month.

You will lead a team of business analysts and manage project open items to closure. Collaborate with functional leads and SMEs to index and document future-state business processes using BPMN. Build detailed Methods and Procedures documentation providing step-by-step instructions for specific tasks. Analyze future-state workflows to identify and implement improvement and optimization opportunities. Work with vendor project teams across Development, OCM, Testing, and Training to align documentation with project objectives.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process modeling.

• Strong understanding of BPMN notation.
• Experience working on child welfare projects.
• Ability to conduct workshops and interviews to address documentation gaps.
