Description

You will document and optimize business processes to support MS Dynamics 365 implementations and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document future-state business processes using BPMN and create step-by-step Methods and Procedures documentation.
• Analyze workflows for optimization opportunities and evaluate MS Dynamics 365 solution designs for finance and accounting efficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendor project teams including Development, OCM, Testing, and Training to align documentation with project timelines.
• Conduct workshops and interviews to identify gaps in process modeling or documentation.
• Manage project open items and maintain interim process designs to handle system downtime or production defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business process modeling or a similar functional role.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 functional or back-end design, including data models and workflow analysis.
• Expertise in business process modeling notations, specifically BPMN.
• Hands-on experience with modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Development, OCM, Testing, and Training.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Six Sigma or CMMI methodologies.
• Experience in State Government, DHS, or Child Welfare domains.
