You will define requirements and manage work backlogs for the SUCCESS platform, overseeing IT development stages from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and map processes to support platform modules.
• Manage work backlogs and set work priorities in alignment with product goals.
• Oversee IT development stages including planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation.
• Write user stories for testing and system validation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in development, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Strong background in data analysis and software development lifecycles.
• Advanced experience with requirements management and product owner management.
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
