Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of SUCCESS platform modules from planning through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and manage work backlogs.
• Set work priorities and oversee IT development stages including design, testing, and approval.
• Write user stories for system validation and testing.
• Map processes and perform data analysis to support development.
• Manage product owner requirements and oversee software development lifecycle stages.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT development and CI/CD processes.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Business Analyst and Tester.
• Advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management.
• Proficiency with DevOps and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SCRUM and KANBAN.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Ability to manage requirements and product owner workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience tracking system defects using JAMA.
• Experience leading SCRUM meetings within an Agile team environment.
• Knowledge of Information Systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support, and Child Care systems.
