You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by managing requirements and optimizing processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into actionable user stories and well-structured documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders to validate requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Maintain requirement traceability using Business Requirement Documents, ADO, and ServiceNow.
• Test product requirements, monitor reported defects, and evaluate business processes for improvements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance and identify automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow.
• Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories.
• Ability to perform process deficiency and bottleneck analysis.
• Experience with requirements traceability and documentation management.
• Skill in creating data visualizations and performance dashboards.
• Ability to assist with project management responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
