You will own the functional and business requirements for applications within a regulated environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Support application implementations, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Act as the functional or business owner for designated applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors throughout the application lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with UAT and functional/integration testing.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Skills in Data Analysis and Change Management.
• Understanding of government programs, including SNAP.
• Bachelor's degree required.
