Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage release automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable technical specifications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Manage and administer GIT repositories.
• Support legacy systems using COBOL, particularly for government projects.
• Maintain infrastructure on Windows OS and RHEL Linux environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in business analysis or technical roles.
• Proficiency in CI/CD automation tools and practices.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL development or maintenance.
• Familiarity with Python scripting and YAML configuration files.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and RHEL Linux administration.
• Experience with GIT administration.
• Prior experience in Federal or State government projects.

Preferred Skills

• SQL administration experience.
