Description

You will define requirements and manage work backlogs for the SUCCESS platform, overseeing IT development stages from planning through implementation.

You will own the full lifecycle of business requirements, mapping processes to support platform modules and managing work backlogs in alignment with product goals. You will oversee IT development stages including planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation. You will write user stories for testing and system validation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledgeable in project management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
