Description

You will support automated eligibility systems for SNAP, TANF, and Employment & Training programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for user application and help desk support.
• Diagnose software issues and resolve user support requests.
• Document, track, and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
• Perform data quality validation and testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting automated eligibility systems for SNAP, TANF, or E&T programs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience documenting and tracking incidents via ticketing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using JIRA or similar issue tracking systems.
• Experience with SQL Server, ADABAS databases, Linux, and Mainframe environments.
• Certified Professional Business Analyst (CBAP or equivalent) certification.
