Description

You will bridge the gap between business owners and technical teams to drive supply chain process optimizations and system implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, system capabilities, and integrations to design effective workflows and automation.
• Gather requirements and conduct clarifications with technical teams using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with implementation partners to manage end-to-end project lifecycles from design through cutover.
• Design and develop BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and ensure data integrity.
• Manage and maintain clean, accurate datasets while producing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business and IT users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within project or product teams.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics environments.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and training.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Strong background in both Business and Data Analysis.
• Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborating with QA on test cases.
• Ability to query relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of SDLC, PMLC, and QA best practices.
• Ability to navigate both Mainframe and Distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Vehicle Processing and Parts Distribution warehousing.
