Description

Analyze business needs and configure the HRIS platform to support organizational data management and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define solutions for projects impacting business processes and systems.
• Engineer detailed requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications, documenting them via user stories and flow diagrams.
• Triage and analyze support issues, providing end-user support and escalating complex problems to IT teams.
• Assist in developing test plans, coordinating testing events, and executing test cases for system changes.
• Create documentation, such as policies, procedures, and training materials, to facilitate end-user adoption of changes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing and configuring Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or business systems analysis within HR.
• Applied knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HCM, BI Publisher/OTBI, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll).
• Strong grasp of system development methodologies, specifically Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Project, Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to engineer requirements clearly for both business and technical audiences.
• Knowledge of test strategies and development, preferably with automated platforms like OpKey.
