You will analyze business needs and implement solutions within HR systems, configuring and maintaining the HRIS platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the HRIS platform to support data management and reporting.
• Identify business needs and scope solutions for projects affecting business users and processes.
• Engineer requirements (business, functional, non-functional, data) and document needs using use cases and user stories.
• Triage and support system issues, documenting workarounds and escalating when necessary.
• Assist in developing test plans, coordinating testing, and creating user adoption materials like procedures and training aids.

Required Skills

• 6+ years experience configuring and managing Human Capital Management systems.
• 6+ years experience in business analysis or business systems analysis within HR Management.
• Applied knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HCM, BI Publisher/OTBI, Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll).
• Strong applied knowledge of system development methodologies, specifically Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall.
• Strong grasp of how technology interacts with business processes.
• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Ability to engineer requirements clearly for both business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with project management processes and coordinating small to medium projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
