Description

You will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions for customers in Jaipur.

Responsibilities

• Assemble business documents and technical requirements that reflect customer needs.
• Advise customers on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
• Design holistic, integrated high-level solutions that align with business needs and budgets.
• Lead reviews with key partners and communicate solution impacts to business and IT personnel.
• Configure solutions and maintain detailed test plans for execution and validation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or solution design.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and process optimization.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Agile practices.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into organizational implementation plans.
• Customer-facing communication skills, including presentations and demos.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or Diploma in Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Advanced Planning Systems.
• Technical understanding of SQL, C#, or Java tools.
