You will bridge business needs and technical implementation for software and digital products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create detailed process maps and system designs.
• Define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and write user stories.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead user acceptance testing and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to develop user flows and wireframes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Proficiency in system design and software testing methodologies.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience managing user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ability to translate user research into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of website and mobile app development.
• Experience with Drupal CMS implementation and maintenance.
• Understanding of CRM campaign development.
