Description

You will own the functional design and support of JD Edwards Sales and Distribution modules, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order entry, advanced pricing, distribution, shipping, and customer interface functionality within JD Edwards.
• Design high-level process flows using Visio and define business requirements for the sales order lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test scripts, and validate EDI setups and portal order entry.
• Triage reported defects, document findings, and review legacy ERP data to support migration efforts.
• Create training materials, including documentation and demos, and support end-users during go-live and stabilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional experience with JD Edwards (JDE), specifically in Sales & Distribution.
• Proficiency in developing test scripts and executing test scenarios for ERP implementations.
• Ability to design process flows and documentation using Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with EDI setup, testing, and report definition/generation.
• Strong capability in triaging defects and reviewing legacy data for migration purposes.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support client businesses.
• Ability to work hybrid, with at least 50% on-site presence required.
