Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering activities, including design meetings to discuss system task requests, enhancements, and project assessment quotations.
• Document business and functional requirements, issues, and resolutions through use cases and formalized documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users, including conducting demo sessions and securing sign-offs.
• Support development and testing teams by analyzing potential issues and working with Technical Leads to manage project scope creep.
• Maintain reference files and perform rules authoring and testing within the Rules Management Application (RMA).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in customer relation activities, implementation, and maintenance of policies.
• Strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience gathering requirements and creating detailed Use Cases.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing discussions regarding desired outcomes and technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Medicaid.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent IT field.
