Description

Business Analyst for large-scale technology projects utilizing agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate elicitation and documentation of business requirements and joint application design sessions.
• Conduct quality reviews of design documents, test plans, and procedures.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements traceability throughout the system development life cycle.
• Establish change control and management processes; engage clients on organizational change.
• Track issues, risks, action items, and decisions using standard project management techniques and RAID logs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of business analyst experience in the responsibilities above.
• Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira.
• Ability to create work breakdown structures and integrated schedules.
• Experience facilitating the development of test scripts and test data for user acceptance testing.
• Strong organizational skills for creating project documentation, status reports, and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the CMS Streamlined Modular Certification Process.
• Experience with MMIS planning, procurement, or operations.
• Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) and federal mandates.
