You translate business stakeholder requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and design meetings to assess project scope and enhancements.
• Document business and functional requirements, issues, and resolutions using use cases.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including demo sessions and sign-offs.
• Analyze potential issues and manage project scope creep with Technical Leads.
• Perform rules authoring and testing within the Rules Management Application (RMA).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in customer relations, implementation, and policy maintenance.
• Strong understanding of all SDLC phases.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and creating detailed Use Cases.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working with Medicaid.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent IT field.
