Description

You will manage the preparation, review, and timely submission of BHC regulatory reports, including FR Y-9C, FFIEC009, FRY 11, and TIC reports. You will oversee regulatory report preparation, perform substantiation and variance analysis, and maintain EUC procedure inventories.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit BHC regulatory reports such as FR Y-9C, FFIEC009, FRY 11, and TIC.
• Collaborate with data providers to ensure data integrity, reconcile differences, and perform regulatory calculations.
• Implement quarterly maintenance releases into Reg-Reporter/Axiom applications and perform impact analysis for new products.
• Support regulatory reporting examinations, internal audits, and external audits.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience preparing regulatory reports for financial institutions.
• Deep knowledge of BHC regulatory requirements, specifically FRY 9C and FFIEC009/009a.
• Strong understanding of financial products including derivatives, repo, securities, loans, and leases.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, and managing large datasets using IF, SUM, and VLOOKUP functions.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Proficiency in Alteryx or Power BI.
