Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams within a Trade Operations Support System (OSS) environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front, middle, and back-office teams to understand trade workflows.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from traders, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
• Document detailed requirements for OSS features supporting the trade life cycle from capture to settlement.
• Support systems managing trade life cycle operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working within Trade Operations Support Systems (OSS).
• Knowledge of trade life cycle management, including trade capture and settlement.
• Ability to document technical and functional requirements.
• Experience interfacing with front, middle, and back-office business units.
• Background in investment banking or capital markets environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specific OSS platforms or trade lifecycle tools.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in capital markets.
