You will document process flows, functional specifications, and user stories while acting as the liaison between Business, Technology, and Stakeholders to clarify requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze and solve complex business problems within payment systems.
• Clarify requirements as the liaison between Business, Technology, and Stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies to project workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Payments Domain.
• Hands-on experience with International Payment Processing, SWIFT Payments (MT/MX), ISO 20022, SEPA, and Transaction Banking.
• Solid understanding of the SWIFT framework.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements.
• Basic understanding of SQL programming.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
