Description

Analyze end-to-end insurance business processes, systems, and data to identify optimization opportunities and inefficiencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze insurance operations and workflows to find gaps and drive improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 5–7 years of experience in the Insurance domain, specifically P&C.
• Proficiency with Visio and BPMN for business process modeling.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis techniques.
