Description

You will own requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication for application maintenance and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements, creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and manage incident resolution for production support.
• Map processes using As-Is and To-Be models to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Analyze data and generate reports using SQL and Excel.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and use case mapping sessions with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis within the SDLC.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data analytics.
• Expertise in requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Experience in application maintenance and production support.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
