Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze system usage to provide management with best practice recommendations.
• Research and evaluate enhancement packages for core servicing systems to align with organizational needs.
• Provide escalated technical support to the servicing system user base.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing technology projects.
• Direct experience working within the finance sector.
• Working knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high productivity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in mortgage servicing.
• Mortgage industry domain expertise.
