Description

You will own business requirements, data analysis, and solution design for Front Office Markets electronic trading and lending workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements by collaborating with trading desks, lending teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyze data using SQL to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Design technical solutions, including Epics and User Stories, to optimize trade and settlement flows.
• Coordinate with Technology and Business teams to support UAT, go-live readiness, and workflow validations.
• Track deliverables in JIRA and create dashboards to report project progress.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of Capital Markets Domain, Trade Life Cycle, and Settlements.
• Experience with Fixed Income Rates or Loans & Lending products.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and comprehensive data models.
• Familiarity with JIRA for tracking deliverables and reporting.
• Ability to articulate RFQ lifecycle and execution flows for eTrading platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting training sessions to upskill team members in domain applications.
• Strong background in Front Office Markets electronic trading initiatives.
