What's the Job?

• Gather and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and thorough analysis.
• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for development teams.
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities for new systems or system enhancements to ensure smooth implementation.
• Facilitate effective communication between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and clarity.

What's Needed?

• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile project management practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, or Tableau to support analysis and reporting tasks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex projects.
• Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus but not mandatory
