You will translate business needs into functional technical requirements and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, processes, and system gaps.
• Translate requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Partner with product owners, developers, and QA to validate technical solutions against requirements.
• Prepare UAT test cases and track defects during User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with complex business systems.
• Proven experience in policy administration, claims handling, or customer onboarding projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Trello for workflow tracking.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder liaison.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Automation Testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
