Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business teams to define scope and objectives.
• Analyze business processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly for development teams.
• Support data validation and reporting initiatives to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage directly with business teams.
• Experience in data analysis or data handling.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
