Description

Own the business analysis lifecycle for CIAM initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications and ensuring end-to-end delivery from requirements to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, process flows, and user stories for CIAM solutions.
• Define project scope and objectives by collaborating with product owners, architects, security teams, and developers.
• Create and maintain detailed functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and gap analysis documentation.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project discussions to align on deliverables.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, case creation, defect tracking, and validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) projects.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity solutions (PingFederate, PingOne, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specifications.
• Proficient in JIRA for creating stories, tracking defects, and managing project deliverables.
• Experienced in Confluence for maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Ability to analyze customer identity lifecycles, including registration, authentication, authorization, and self-service management.
