You bridge business and IT teams as a Subject Matter Expert in Corporate Internet Banking, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed documentation and user stories for stakeholder sign-off.
• Coordinate with business units, IT, and developers to articulate technical and functional requirements.
• Own test scenario quality and ensure full coverage of critical business logic.
• Review team-designed test cases and provide clarification during the design phase.
• Conduct walkthroughs of test scenarios with business teams to verify document completeness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirement management.
• Deep domain expertise in Corporate Internet Banking.
• Proficiency in creating user stories and functional documentation.
• Experience using defect management tools.
• Experience using test management tools.
• Strong understanding of test scenario design and coverage analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.
