Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within the Infrastructure & Operations group, translating requirements into actionable user stories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business concepts and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Elicit requirements for new initiatives and ad hoc requests from multiple internal business practices.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, sequencing tasks based on roadmap dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate technical implementation, testing, and training efforts with internal groups and external vendors.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of technical business analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile software tools.
• Understanding of technical terminology, specifically regarding Cloud and Infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and technical meetings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for business-facing and technology-facing interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in project management.
