You bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by managing requirements, data analysis, and product ownership within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SWOT and stakeholder analysis to develop comprehensive stakeholder maps.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain project documentation, including BRDs and SRS.
• Act as a Product Owner within Scrum sprints, managing the product backlog and user stories.
• Define business glossaries, data access models, data derivation rules, and data quality rules.
• Execute UAT, analyze testing results, and translate technical data findings for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in reporting, data analysis, and data manipulation.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and surveys.
• Expertise in developing functional and non-functional requirements (BRD and SRS).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and user story management.
• Experience defining Data Governance processes and Data Quality rules.
• Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence trends.
• Ability to manage strict deadlines and communicate effectively with QA and development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel as required for client consultation.
