Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to drive data-driven solutions and product ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SWOT and stakeholder analysis to develop communication plans and comprehensive maps.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions to produce BRDs, SRS documents, and detailed product backlogs.
• Define business glossaries, data access models, data quality rules, and governance processes.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including DQ test plans, non-functional test plans, and UAT.
• Act as Product Owner within Scrum sprints to manage user stories and development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in reporting, data analysis, and data manipulation.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation via stakeholder interviews and surveys.
• Strong background in developing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Hands-on experience as a Product Owner within Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in defining Data Derivation Rules, Data Quality rules, and Data Governance Processes.
• Ability to translate technical data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in process flow mapping and integrations analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing customer reports, dashboards, and prototypes to visualize business data.
