Description

Support IT project requests by analyzing business functions and defining technical requirements for new implementations and system modifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery meetings and workshops with stakeholders to document current state processes, pain points, and success measures.
• Elicit and negotiate business requirements for new implementations and modifications to existing IT systems.
• Create process diagrams, swim lane diagrams, and use case documentation to define business inputs, outputs, and data elements.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to evaluate the feasibility and impact of scope changes.
• Design user interface mock-ups and assist with devising test plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business, systems, or process analysis within an IT environment.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating in-person and virtual working sessions with stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience documenting business processes using Visio or LucidChart.
• 2+ years of experience discussing requirements and elaborating on project requests with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating and delivering professional presentations to decision makers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• IT Project Management experience.
• Agile facilitation experience.
• IIBA-CCBA or PMI-PBA certification.
