Description

You will manage requirements collection, validation, and test script development for enterprise ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements collection and validation processes using SpiraTest RM and BABOK or PMI-PBA frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test scripts, test plans, and to-be process flows.
• Coordinate requirements management collection and review teams to ensure document production and organization.
• Collaborate with developers, clients, and end users through requirement sessions, system demos, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform development activities for APIs and custom functions while managing visibility and security settings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst preparing requirements for enterprise ERP projects.
• 5+ years of experience preparing user test cases and scripts from requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management, test case development, and defect tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of BABOK, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing tasks within Sprints.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, computer science, or a technical related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivalua procurement application.
• Experience with Rapise for regression testing and management.
• Business analysis certificate.
