Description

You will own the analysis, requirements definition, and documentation for banking product enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create flowcharts and user journey maps to define system behavior.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Manage requirements tracking and workflow using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in retail banking and banking product domains.
• Expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and JSON data structures.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user journey mapping.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
