Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions across multiple business units
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ask probing questions to uncover business needs, workflows, dependencies, and pain points
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business rules
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers
• Identify process improvements, risks, and gaps throughout the project lifecycle
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities

 Required Experience:

• Proven Business Analyst experience on CRM implementation or custom CRM development projects
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Experience creating BRDs, user stories, workflow/process documentation, and functional specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with both business users and technical teams
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or foundational system implementations is highly preferred
