Lead requirements gathering and translation for CRM implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions across multiple business units.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to uncover business needs, workflows, dependencies, and pain points.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers.
• Identify process improvements, risks, and gaps throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven Business Analyst experience.
• Experience on CRM implementation or custom CRM development projects.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience creating BRDs, user stories, workflow/process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or foundational system implementations.
