Description

You will design and maintain Business Partner data models, workflows, and templates while ensuring data quality and governance across SAP environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor and customer lifecycle activities including creation, enrichment, harmonization, and deactivation.
• Drive vendor harmonization and consolidation initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion, validation, and audit/compliance actions such as CAPA and SLAs.
• Monitor data quality metrics, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to business processes and templates.
• Serve as the key point of contact for functional partners, providing guidance on Master Data processes and tactical execution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience with at least 4 years in Master Data Management on large ERP platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA BP tables, roles, and attributes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Solid understanding of Vendor, Customer, and Material Master data domains and cross-functional dependencies.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (GXP, SOX, PII).
• Familiarity with JIRA, DevOps tools, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to MDG or other Master Data Governance tools.
• Ability to prepare metrics, dashboards, and tracking reports for departmental operations.
